The donation process is versatile for all types of donors, whether you are a livestream fundraiser, a Run/Walk Campaign Organizer, or you just want a quick, easy, and efficient donation button for your favorite cause.

Start Your Donation
To get started, click the Donate button on a fundraiser’s campaign page, an event page, or a directly on the charity page.
You’ll first be asked how you’d like to support the fundraiser. Depending on availability, you may be able to:
- Make a one-time donation
- Set up a recurring monthly gift to the charity
- Check whether your employer offers donation matching
After selecting your preferred giving option, choose a suggested donation amount or enter a custom amount.
Throughout the donation process, donors may also see the campaign’s current fundraising Goal and any configured Milestones, helping them track progress and upcoming achievements.
Rewards & Polls
Donors can select multiple rewards and participate in active polls as part of a single donation. If no incentives are available, those options will not appear during checkout.
Polls can be questions that have multiple options associated with them. A single donation can go to support a single poll option.
Be sure to select any rewards you would like to receive before completing your donation. If a reward includes redemption codes, those codes will be delivered in a separate email and will not be included in your donation confirmation email.
Reminder: A donation can qualify for rewards, contribute toward campaign milestones, and participate in active polls at the same time.
Your Details
Once you’ve selected your donation amount and participated in any available rewards or polls, you’ll be asked to provide your donation details.
You will be asked to:
- Enter your email address
- Choose a display name or donate anonymously
- Leave a public message of support
You may also be asked to complete additional information requested by the charity.
If you’ve selected a reward that requires shipping, you’ll also be asked to provide a mailing address.
Before submitting your donation, you’ll have an opportunity to review your donation details and make any necessary changes.
Complete Your Donation
After reviewing your information, select your preferred payment method and complete the checkout process.
Once your donation has been successfully processed, you’ll receive:
- a confirmation email from Tiltify
- a receipt from the charity's payment processor
Your contribution will be reflected on the fundraiser’s campaign page according to your selected display preferences.
