There are multiple ways a fundraiser can support a team campaign:

  • From the campaign page:
    If the campaign is public, a Support This Campaign button will appear near the top of the page (below the media section if media branding is used). Clicking this lets fundraisers create their own campaign linked to the team’s total.

  • During campaign creation:
    If a fundraiser is already a member of a team, they’ll be prompted to link to a team campaign during the start flow when building their personal or individual campaign.

  • From an existing campaign:
    If a campaign has already been created, fundraisers can go to the Setup tab of their individual campaign dashboard. In the Information section, they’ll see an option to select and support a team campaign if one is available.


Note: Once a campaign is linked to a team campaign, it cannot be changed or unlinked.
