What is Jingle Jam?
Jingle Jam – the world’s biggest games charity event – is back!
Jingle Jam brings together the whole gaming community in an epic and emotional event that runs from the 1st - 14th of December 2025.
Streamers across the globe are raising funds for 8 charitable projects – both in the UK and worldwide– while sharing the hugely popular Jingle Jam Games Collection.
You can donate a minimum of £35 (around $44) in a single transaction (one donation) and select a reward to support great causes and get awesome games! This year's collection is the best and most exciting ever - containing over 18 high quality games and extra codes for exclusive discounts (noted below). Rewards will be limited to the first 100,000 eligible donations between December 1 (starting at 5pm GMT) and December 15, 2025 (ending 08:59 AM GMT) - so don’t delay!
Overview
How do I receive my games for Jingle Jam?
First, you need to make a donation (between Dec 1 - Dec 14, 2025) of at least £35 (around $44 USD) in a single transaction (one donation), on the Jingle Jam event page!
You do not need a Tiltify account to make a donation, but it is HIGHLY recommended so you can keep track of your donation and reward redemption. - once you have completed the donation you will receive an email with the codes and you will be able to access your codes from your Tiltify account.
Double-check (and triple-check, might as well!) your email address. This is where the Game Collection codes will be sent. Especially important if you do NOT create an account. There will be a delay in any customer service requests if you do not confirm your information.
Second, check to ensure your reward is selected. If a reward is not selected you will not receive your keys. Double-check this on the confirmation screen! You can select the reward by clicking "Reward" on the left-side of the donation transaction.
Third, once you receive your keys redeem them before midnight on December 31st, 2025!
Keys may expire if not redeemed before 1st January 2026! Jingle Jam, Tiltify, and the charities involved in the event are not liable to replace expired keys. This is a donation reward, not a purchase.

Do the codes/keys in the Jingle Jam 2025 Collection expire?
Yes! All items in the Jingle Jam 2025 Collection may expire if not redeemed before 1 January 2026. Jingle Jam, Tiltify, and the charities (organizations) involved in the event are not liable to replace any expired keys.
This is a donation reward, NOT a purchase.

Fundraising with Jingle Jam 2025
I want to do more than just donate; can I fundraise alongside the Jingle Jam event?
A resounding YES! Just like last year you can create a fundraising campaign, raise funds for any one of the charities benefiting from Jingle Jam 2025, and even offer the Game Collection as a reward.
Just follow this guide from the Jingle Jam team to get started streaming for charity!
Jingle Jam 2025 Game Collection rewards must be selected by the fundraiser as an incentive and are sent directly to the donor via the email they provided during the donation transaction (donor is responsible for verifying their correct email address) if they (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) between 1-14 December and (b) ensure the reward is selected during the donation process.
!!!PLEASE NOTE!!!
When Jingle Jam runs out of their Game Collection, you also will not be able to have this as a reward for your donors.
Can I select a particular charity to support?
Yes! You will select the charity to support during your campaign creation process. If you do not select a particular charity, don't worry, the funds raised will be evenly distributed to the 2025 charities/organizations listed above.

Is there an overlay I can use for my stream?
You can customize your own overlay on your campaign dashboard! Here is a video to help!
Is a custom Jingle Jam overlay available?
YES! Let everyone know you are supporting Jingle Jam with your overlay! After you create your campaign, head to the top right of the top navigation of your Campaign Dashboard, you will see the Overlay tab - click it!
1.) From the overlay editor, select "Add Widget" and then select the "Jingle Jam" Progress Bar overlay or the "Jingle Jam" Alert over. These overlays are custom-made for the event, with animations and images specific to Jingle Jam!
You can edit your overlay widgets to display donation alerts, rewards, polls, and more. Take a look at the quick start guide for overlays here!
Add a Jingle Jam overlay to your live stream!
2.) Once you have it to your liking, you will have to use a Browser/Webpage capture in order to use them! Getting it ready to go is as simple as the click of a button!
•You can rename your overlay if you have made any edits to it.
•If you make any changes to the overlay, you will click “save changes” to save them. This will reflect on the live overlay when updated.
•If you want to run a test while editing, click the “test donation” button. Make sure those changes are as awesome as you want them to be!
•When you’re satisfied and it’s saved, click the “copy overlay URL” and, using your favorite streaming software, put the overlay as a browser source.
