What is Jingle Jam?

Jingle Jam – the world’s biggest games charity event – is back!

Jingle Jam brings together the whole gaming community in an epic and emotional event that runs from the 1st - 14th of December.

Streamers across the globe are raising funds for 8 charitable projects – both in the UK and worldwide– while sharing the hugely popular Jingle Jam Games Collection.

You can donate a minimum of £35 (around $44) in a single transaction (one donation) and select a reward to support great causes and get awesome games! This year's collection is the best and most exciting ever - containing over 18 high quality games and extra codes for exclusive discounts (noted below). Rewards will be limited to the first 100,000 eligible donations between December 1 (starting at 5pm GMT) and December 14, 2024 (ending 11:59 PM GMT) - so don’t delay!

Overview

How do I receive my games for Jingle Jam?

First, you need to make a donation (between Dec 1 - Dec 14, 2024) of at least £35 (around $44 USD) in a single transaction (one donation), on the Jingle Jam event page!

• You do not need a Tiltify account to make a donation, but it is HIGHLY recommended so you can keep track of your donation and reward redemption. - once you have completed the donation you will be able to access your codes from your Tiltify account. 
• Double-check (and triple-check, might as well!) your email address. This is where the Game Collection codes will be sent. Especially important if you do NOT create an account. There will be a delay in any customer service requests if you do not confirm your information. 

Second, check to ensure your reward is selected. If a reward is not selected you will not receive your keys. Double-check this on the confirmation screen! You can select the reward by clicking "Reward" on the left-side of the donation transaction. 

Third, once you receive your keys redeem them before midnight on December 31st, 2024!

Keys may expire if not redeemed before 1st January! Jingle Jam, Tiltify, and the charities involved in the event are not liable to replace expired keys. This is a donation reward, not a purchase.

What games/codes are in the 2024 Jingle Jam Game Collection?

How will I receive my codes?

All codes are sent to the email address used at the time the donation is made within a donation confirmation from Tiltify. If you created a Tiltify account, you can review your donations and donation confirmations by going to "My account" > "Donations".

If you do not see an email from "[email protected]", please make sure that you check your spam and junk folders. IMPORTANT: Gmail users should review their "Social" and "Promotions" tabs as well. 

How do I redeem my codes?

How to Redeem Steam Game and DLC Keys:
 

                1. Download the Steam Client [https://store.steampowered.com/]. 

                2. Sign in to your steam account and click on Games > Activate a Product on Steam.

                3. Click Next when you see the Product Activation pop-up.

                4. Agree to the Steam Subscriber Terms.

                5. Copy the game key from your Tiltify Reward page or Email and click Next.

                6. Now you can go ahead and install the game.

All codes are one-time-use and are redeemed via Steam (PC), with the exception of:

Displate Redemption Process

1. This code is a one-time use for 40% off all purchases of Displates (excludes limited editions) .

2. Go to https://displate.com/.

3. Start by adding the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

4. Then, on the cart page, locate a drop-down menu titled "Enter discount code" that's found below your order total.

5. Enter your code from above and select "Apply" to use your code.

Redemption instructions for MCC Island Codes: 

How to connect to the MCC Island server: 

                1. Open Minecraft: Java Edition version 1.20.2 

                2. Click "Multiplayer", then "Add Server". 

                3. Copy and paste "MCC Island" into the Server Name field. 

                4. Copy and paste "play.mccisland.net" into the Server Address field. Set "Server Resource Packs" to "Enabled", then                 click "Done". 

                5. You should now see a new server called “MCC Island” in your server list. Double click this to join the server. 

                6. Once connected to the server, walk forward and right-click the “Faction Master” NPC to choose your faction                         (don’t worry, you can change this later!) 

How to redeem your code: 

                1. Log on to the MCC Island Minecraft: Java Edition server (make sure you’ve selected your faction by talking to the                 “Faction Master” NPC) 

                2. Press “T” to open chat 

                3. Type: /redeem YOUR_CODE_HERE

Once you have received your Jingle Jam redeem code visit https://www.fanatical.com/en/redeem-code and input your code into the box and press Redeem

This will then take you through to the Jingle Jam Charity Wheel where you will be able to take your spin and reveal your prize.

I am having trouble redeeming my keys, help!

Oh no, my codes still don't seem to work!!!

First, check to make you are redeeming them correctly (see above for redemption processes).

Second, note and screenshot the specific error you are receiving.

Do the codes/keys in the Jingle Jam 2024 Collection expire?

Yes! All items in the Jingle Jam 2024 Collection may expire if not redeemed before 1 January 2025. Jingle Jam, Tiltify, and the charities (organizations) involved in the event are not liable to replace any expired keys.
This is a donation reward, NOT a purchase.
 

Are there a limited number of Jingle Jam 2024 Game Collections?

Yes.  Rewards are limited to the first 100,000 eligible donations (at least £35/about $41 USD in a single donation with the reward selected)- so don’t delay!

How can I receive more than one Jingle Jam 2024 Collection?

Only two Jingle Jam Collection rewards can be added to your cart per eligible transaction (at least £70/about $88 USD in a single transaction in addition to selecting 2 of the reward). If you wish to have more, you will need to make an additional eligible donation to receive another collection.

What charities and organizations are benefiting from Jingle Jam 2024? 

Fundraising with Jingle Jam 2024

I want to do more than just donate; can I fundraise alongside the Jingle Jam event?

A resounding YES! Just like last year you can create a fundraising campaign, raise funds for any one of the charities benefiting from Jingle Jam 2024, and even offer the Game Collection as a reward. 

Just follow this guide from the Jingle Jam team to get started streaming for charity! 

Jingle Jam 2024 Game Collection rewards must be selected by the fundraiser as an incentive and are sent directly to the donor via the email they provided during the donation transaction (donor is responsible for verifying their correct email address) if they (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) between 1-14 December and (b) ensure the reward is selected during the donation process.

!!!PLEASE NOTE!!! 

When Jingle Jam runs out of their Game Collection, you also will not be able to have this as a reward for your donors. 

Can I select a particular charity to support? 

Yes! You will select the charity to support during your campaign creation process. If you do not select a particular charity, don't worry, the funds raised will be evenly distributed to the 2024 charities/organizations listed above.

Is there an overlay I can use for my stream?

You can customize your own overlay on your campaign dashboard! Here is a video to help!

Is a custom Jingle Jam overlay available?

YES! Let everyone know you are supporting Jingle Jam with your overlay! After you create your campaign, head to the top right of the top navigation of your Campaign Dashboard, you will see the Overlay tab - click it!

1.) From the overlay editor, select "Add Widget" and then select the "Jingle Jam" Progress Bar overlay or the "Jingle Jam" Alert over. These overlays are custom-made for the event, with animations and images specific to Jingle Jam!

You can edit your overlay widgets to display donation alerts, rewards, polls, and more. Take a look at the quick start guide for overlays here!

2.) Once you have it to your liking, you will have to use a Browser/Webpage capture in order to use them! Getting it ready to go is as simple as the click of a button!

•You can rename your overlay if you have made any edits to it.

•If you make any changes to the overlay, you will click “save changes” to save them. This will reflect on the live overlay when updated.

•If you want to run a test while editing, click the “test donation” button. Make sure those changes are as awesome as you want them to be!

•When you’re satisfied and it’s saved, click the “copy overlay URL” and, using your favorite streaming software, put the overlay as a browser source.

How are donations being collected and distributed?

All donations go directly to the Jingle Jam Foundation (see above) via Tiltify, and the funds will be sent to the charities following the event.

Donation Questions

Can I donate to another fundraiser supporting Jingle Jam and receive the reward (Games Collection)?

YES! 

You need to (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) in a single transaction and (b) ensure that the reward is selected during the donation process. If a reward is not available on the supporting fundraiser's campaign, then they have not activated this option! If you donate less than the aforementioned amount or do not check to ensure that you have selected the reward, this cannot be changed or adjusted after the donation has been made, resulting in a Jingle Jam 2024 Game Collection NOT being issued. 

Please check your donation prior to finalizing your donation transaction as a donation cannot be changed once processed. 

**NOTE** During the donation process, prior to confirming the transaction, you are given an opportunity to double-check the transaction. 
You will be prompted to confirm:

• the donation amount 
• the email address used to receive the reward (and donation receipt) 
• if the donation reward is selected 

If you are unsure of any of the above, please back out of the transaction and correct your mistakes BEFORE you confirm and make the donation.

I made an account after I made a donation, can I claim a donation?

YES! You can connect those donations made when you weren’t logged in to your Tiltify account! You can use the donation reclaim tool to reclaim donations, and even alternate email addresses you may have! You can only reclaim donations under one email address per day. 

Reclaiming donations

1. Go to your user dashboard
2. Go to “My account”
3. Select “Donations”
4. On the left, select “Reclaim donations”
5. Enter the email address for the donations you wish to reclaim and click “reclaim donations”
6. Go to the email account that was entered and follow the prompts.

When donating, I did NOT:

• Donate the correct amount to be eligible for the reward
• Make sure that the reward was selected
• Input the correct amount of the donation (thereby being less than the required amount)
• Use the correct email during the donation process

You need to (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) in a single transaction and (b) ensure that the reward is selected during the donation process. If you donate less than the aforementioned amount or do not check to ensure that you have selected the reward, this cannot be changed or adjusted after the donation has been made, resulting in a Jingle Jam 2024 Game Collection NOT being issued.
